Transylmazeia

I'm posting this evening with a little sad news from the north. One of my favorite haunts of the past few years, Transylmazeia at the Marion Amazement Park in Marion WI, is closed. A check of the parks website says the park is closed and the business is for sale. They were a very unique haunt, using an actual wooden maze and transforming it into a corridor of haunts. While they did not use it as a maze during haunt season, occasional wrong turns were to be expected. This was the first haunt I ever attended that allowed touching, and it was also one of the scarier haunts I had been to. So as we bid farewell to another great haunt, I want to wish them luck with future endeavors and thanks them for the great years in the past.
