Before I go into my first post, I just want to introduce myself. My name is Adam, but I go by pud27 on the message boards and reviews. I'm a member of the Review Crew-have been since the beginning. I'm from the big town of Denmark, which is just south of Green Bay on I-43. I am 22 and engaged to my high school sweetheart who I've been dating for 5 1/4 years. In this space I hope to keep you updated on Halloween and fall happenings from Northeast Wisconsin, as well as throw out a few thoughts that cross my mind. I would also like to extend an invite for anyone to feel free to contact me at any time. With that, here is my first post. I hope you enjoy!!!!
So here we are, just a few days away from the season commonly known as fall. The days are getting shorter, the temperatures are getting colder, and the nights bring out the horrors that have been hiding since winter hit last year. As you know, here we celebrate more than just fall. We celebrate haunt season, also known as the time after stores put away the back to school items and just before they start putting out the Christmas stuff. While I love the holiday season December brings, I can't help but be disapointed to be seeing Christmas items popping up already. Just the other day my fiancee and I were out picking up some Haloween items and visiting a few stores. As we were walking the aisles browsingi turned the corner and there winter was staring me back in the face. Anyway, this isn't what you'll get from my blog on every post. I just wanted to use it as an example and throw it out there to the stores that generally only come along this time of year. Place like Halloween Express, and the Bootique at Bay Park Square in Green Bay. Places like these give us Halloween Freaks a place to feel at home. And isn't that all anyone ever wants?
