Plymouth City Ordinance: SEC. 11-5-3 DESIGNATION OF HALLOWEEN "TRICK OR TREAT" HOURS
Halloween shall be officially observed in the City of Plymouth on the last Sunday of October from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m
Trick or Treat in Plymouth, WI will ALWAYS be the last Sunday of October from 3-5pm, unless there is an ordinance change.
