Historical Trick-or-Treat Information

• 2020

  The Trick-or-Treat celebration times would normally be from 5 pm to 8pm. The Town of Hull Board of Supervisors along with many other officials from surrounding municipalities are asking the public to NOT participate in the traditional Trick-or-Treating portion of the Halloween celebration.
