Kids 12 and under – dress up in your costume and stop in at Hartford businesses for some treats.
Kids 12 and under accompanied by an adult are encouraged to dress up in costume and stop by at participating downtown Hartford businesses for some treats! Please realize that each participating business may may have its own requirements regarding social distancing.
Ages 12 & under who are in costume accompanied by an adult are welcome!
