  Businesses in the Water Street, South Barstow, North Barstow and West Grand Districts will be handing out treats. Visit them along the streets of:

  - West Grand Avenue
  - Graham Avenue
  - North & South Barstow Street
  - North & South Farwell Street
  - Phoenix Park area
