  The Town of Delavan invites all ages (residents and non-residents) for a special Halloween Party, Sunday, October 30 from 3-5pm inside Waters Edge (1220 South Shore Drive)!
  - Costume Contest at 4:00pm
  - Balloon making 3:00-5:00pm
  We will have a Haunted bus, hot dogs and treat bags for the Little Ghouls and Goblins.
