  The City of Darlington will be permitting traditional trick-or-treating on Halloween day from 4 - 5:30 pm. This time is earlier than usual due to COVID-19. The common council voted to leave the decision of whether or not children should participate up to their parents. The earlier time slot, during daylight hours, is intended to aid parents and children in seeing what they are doing when selecting treats.
