I think that this haunted house deserved better reviews than it got. I've been to seven haunted trails/houses total and this is one of my top three. Definitely was worth going to. Only thing I would say was bad was being one of the last groups to go through the group before the room full of bins was completely not ready to scare us. Some actually had cell phones out and we had to close our eyes and wait for them to set up. Otherwise though, it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the slide the most but also the pitch dark sections and the school bus (I got a hug from one of the actors on the bus even, lol).
Worth the money. I liked it a lot. Good group and not a bad wait at all. You should definitely go next year if you didn't have the chance this year.

I have been to this haunted house a few times in the past and I don't know what happened this year, but it was a total waste of time and money.
The "Haunted" Trail through the woods consisted of walking on a pitch black trail toward the fire - there was only one actor during the entire thing -- he walked past us and growled.
The waiting area is always nice - the fire, cheap concessions and interesting choice of music and videos played on a big screen is a lot of fun. The wait wasn't bad at all, despite the large group of people waiting.
The most disappointing thing about the actual haunted house is the complete lack of actors (which I believe an earlier reviewer pointed out as well) We encountered several in the rooms we walked through, but most of the time they just sat there, growled, or said stupid stuff (you are so pretty, I am going to eat you, what are you doing later baby, etc...) The lack of costuming was unbelievable. I saw one person actually "dressed up," everyone else was in a sweatshirt with either a bandana tied around their face or with some white face paint. Also, none of the actors (besides the awesome one at the entrance to the house) looked over the age of 16. It was ridiculous.
They did add something new at the end, which I thoroughly enjoyed (even though there was one actor who sat there and stared at us walking past???)
Overall, I definitely would not recommend this to anyone like I have in the past. It felt like something thrown together over the course of a week, with a bunch of untrained kids from high school thrown in sweatshirts and told to grumble at people.
With a little extra time and money this haunt could be unbelievably unique and scary - the building and grounds it is held on is perfect. I would be more than willing to pay a higher ticket price for them to turn this haunt into something fantastic.

My Favorite Haunted House...turned Bad :(
Sorry to be a buzz kill, but i thought that this year was a bad year for the morgue. I go to this haunted house every year and i really enjoy it. This year though, i did not. I went with a group of 7 friends. The haunted trail was pitch black, i had to hold the rope along the side to know where i was going, and there were only 2 people along the trail that tried to "scare" our group.(One with a chain saw and one wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white painted face.) The fire was nice and toasty and i enjoyed hang'n with my friends. But we were told there was supposed to be a band and there wasn't so we were kind of dissapointed about that, we love live music! Finally, we get to go to the house! The enterance was freaky and i was so excited to go inside. Sadly, the whole house only had 4 people inside to "scare" our group. 1 was in the first crawl space blocking our way through,(i thought that was creepy and cool!) The next 2 were in the room that rocks back and forth. The last one was hiding behind some stuff in a corner and just making it rustle around so you couldn't really see the person. The rest of the house was just pitch black like the trail through the woods, so unless you are extremly afraid of the dark it wasn't scary at all. I thought the new ending after the slide was a neat idea. I hope the people who do all the work to make this haunted house a success take this review as helpful critisism so that the house can be scary again next year.

I agree with the other review...I also liked it alot more this year to previous years...tthe woods has something new which is always fun and the house seemed alot longer and more entertaing.
after geting wristband for your entire grouop you take a walk through a 1/4 mile haunted trail...and when i say haunted trail i mean a haunted trail, in the middle of the woods with lots of scares and some effects. after exiting the wood you enter a larger open area with a huge bonfire and concessions which is better since you can hang out for a whil and not stand in line. You wait until your group number is called and walk up to the three story building with a spooky facade and awesome greet room...after that its a good 20-30 min of scares, dark hallways and fun...then you take a 3 story ride down a slide "to hell" and there's also something new at the wnd which im not going to ruin...

Lied it alot this year...alot of new things in the house and the woods also has something new!
After parking you walk up to the ticket booth and get your wristband which has a number on it for your entire group. Then you walk through a 1/4 mile haunted trail in the wood, which is one of the ebst parts of this haunt...props to the chainsaw people...after exiting the woods you arrive at a huge bonfire which is great...then as your groups number is called you walk up to the 3 story building and after that it's all scare and fun...
