Signage / Visibility / Location

Overall, it's very well posted. Takeing into consideration it is in the country and no available streetlights are provided, it's very easy to see and with the directions on the sign(s) on Hwy P and also the ones provided with on the site, made getting there very easy.

Wait Area / Line Entertainment

I really enjoyed the fire and everything. Not to mention the enormous amounts of pumpkins as well as food that's available. It's obvious that alot of time and effort went into the overall Farm. Haveing the option of feeding the animals was a great idea, it introduces kids from cities to experience first hand nature easily and safely.

Length

The wait was not bad. I did come a little early as I know it fills up fast from last year. But indeed, well worth it!!! The entertainment provided from the bunnies was hilarious. As well as some friends I met while standing in line. Thanks!

Actors' Performance

I thought the actors were excellent. It's an obvious note that they took the time and effort to play who they portray. Anyone can put a mask on and act...but it takes talent and time to "become" that mask and that creature/person/ whichever. Overall, they did an excellent job. Just when you'd think no one was there or watching you, you're dead wrong. And even the props were frigtening at times. Thanks again for the laughs/scares!

Summary

Again, thank you for another great year, and the family and I do look forward to next year as well!

Signage / Visibility / Location

The directions were good. It was really dark and kind of hard to see. We ended up passing the road that the pumpkin farm was on, but it was no big deal. We were watching for the road signs and saw it as we passed, so we just simply turned around. There was a big pumpkin sign outside the haunt on the right side of the road. It was a little weird driving up the driveway to the place because in order to get to the parking area in the way back, you needed to drive past the ticket area and wait for all the lines of people to move so you could drive through to find the people helping park the cars. The parking wasn't very structured either. A few cars ended up parking people in while we were there. The workers did however make an effort to find the drivers of the cars.

Wait Area / Line Entertainment

The wait area was outside, along a barn and bunny pen. That was probably the most entertainment, watching the bunnies hop around. There was one guy that walked around in costume, but he wasn't scary. In fact, I don't even know what he was supposed to be!!! Some sort of deranged police officer or something from years ago?!?! There was a vending area and halloween store with pumpkins and gourds to buy. There was also a large bonfire. My biggest complaint was that the tickets, food, and store were one building with only one person at the register. This took FOREVER. I don't understand why they don't split up the store/food and the tickets!?!? People were waiting in line forever to buy the stuff!!! It was very irritating.

Length

This was the worst part! We ended up waiting in line to buy tickets for over 45 minutes, close to an hour. Then the line for the corn maze was over 2 and a half hours long. They did have a bonfire that you could wait by, but unless you had enough members in your group to have some wait in line while others went by the fire, you weren't able to go over by the fire (w/o losing your place in line). The line moved very slowly. We didn't get into the corn maze until after midnight sometime. The corn maze took a good 35-40 minutes to walk through.

Actors' Performance

The actors were really into their roles, which made the corn maze fun. They were very energetic and were able to catch us off guard. It was also cool because the corn stalks were over 6 ft. tall in most areas and the path through the corn was only wide enough to make your group walk in single file line (This was scarier because you couldn't huddle together and were right next to the stalks!) There could have been a few more live actors, but the props were awesome. It kept you guessing as to which were real actors and which were just props!!!! Good job guys. It looked like a lot of hard work was put into the maze...that makes it even more fun to experience!

Summary

Dress warm...it gets very cold at night and you will thank yourself for packing extra clothes! You will wait a while to get in, but it is nice to see the hard work put into the haunt. We also talked to a worker and he said that they usually only get about 30 people stopping there in the first hour or two and then they are suddenly hit with 200 people showing up!!! GET THERE EARLY. You will not want to wait in line that long.

Signage / Visibility / Location

Good signs along the way from the freeway. Easy to find.

Wait Area / Line Entertainment

Lots of pumpkins and other stuff to buy. The wait was along side a bunny and poultry pen.

Length

It was about 1/2 hour, if that.

Actors' Performance

Pretty good.

Appropriate For

12 and up.

Summary

Although there were some pacing problems, the haunt was really good over all!! The tableaus were upgraded this year and the size of the corn maze is huge!
