Free Trunk or Treat Kenosha County Community Event. Grab the kiddos. Visit the many different vendor candy stations being handed out in the Grande Prairie Care & Rehab back parking lot behind JC Penney. Face painters, balloon twisters, hay rides, and more. Dress up in your costumes! There is no cost for this event. It will be a Spooktacular time! Event will be held rain or shine.
